Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and our strict quality-control standards, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong product, or any product that has been opened, used, or altered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or an incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within seven (7) days of the documented delivery date.
To qualify, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged product or the incorrect item received.
- Return the item if requested by our support team.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.
This policy protects the integrity, safety, and reliability of every product shipped from our facility while ensuring customers receive the products they ordered in acceptable condition.
Refunds
All orders placed through Legendary Peptides are non-refundable.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
We provide detailed product descriptions and batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure customers can make fully informed purchasing decisions before placing an order.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us at support@legendarypeptides.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will promptly investigate your claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution consistent with this policy.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
To maintain fairness and compliance, Legendary Peptides does not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
